AE2S, a 100% employee-owned engineering firm, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposals team. You’ll own proposals from kickoff to submission, juggling 2–4 pursuits with 2–4 week windows, and collaborate with technical staff to craft winning, well-designed proposals.

Responsibilities include leading the process, creating outlines and milestones, coordinating input from SMEs and reviewers, and using Adobe Creative Suite to layout proposals while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or related field required.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to be flexible, positive, and work with cross-functional teams to develop a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
• Basic understanding of design principles.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the proposal process from kickoff through submission; meet deadlines and compliance.
• Support and guide the Go/No-Go process for pursuit decisions.
• Coordinate input from Proposal Managers, SMEs, and reviewers; schedule meetings.
• Develop outlines, schedules, and milestone plans for proposals.
• Review RFPs/RFQs to ensure all requirements are addressed.
• Coordinate technical content, resumes, and supporting materials.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to layout proposals and maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate on pursuit strategy and differentiators.
• Support interview preparation and leave-behind materials.
• Help maintain proposal archives and CRM entries.
• Step in during peak deadlines in a team-first environment.
