AE2S is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposals team in Lone Tree, CO. This role focuses on driving the proposal process, managing deadlines, and crafting compelling, well-designed proposals for engineering projects.

You will work across disciplines with technical staff, own proposals from kickoff to submission, and juggle 2–4 active pursuits with 2–4 week turnarounds. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong writing, and collaboration are essential; a bachelor's degree is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field required.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the proposal process from kickoff through submission.
• Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions with business leaders.
• Coordinate input from Proposal Managers, SMEs, and reviewers.
• Develop outlines, schedules, and milestone plans to stay on track.
• Review RFPs/RFQs to address all requirements and content.
• Coordinate technical content, resumes, and project descriptions.
