Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, or administration experience in AEC industry.
• Strong understanding of AEC terminology and proposal processes.
• Graphic design experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support proposal efforts from early planning through submission.
• Identify leads, track pursuits, and support look-ahead planning.
• Write and edit non-technical proposal sections in collaboration with technical staff.
• Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
