Job summary

AE2S seeks a Proposal Coordinator to lead the end‑to‑end proposal process, juggling 2–4 active pursuits with 2–4 week turnarounds. You’ll craft compelling narratives, coordinate cross‑disciplinary input, and ensure quality, deadlines, and brand alignment across engineering bids.

You’ll collaborate with technical staff, supporting Go/No-Go decisions and interview prep, while contributing to a team‑first culture and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to be flexible, positive, and collaborative.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to multi-task under deadline pressure and occasional overtime.
• Pre-employment checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the proposal process from kickoff through submission, ensuring deadlines and compliance.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions with business leaders.
• Coordinate input from Proposal Managers, SMEs, and reviewers.
• Develop outlines, schedules, and milestone plans for proposals.
• Review RFPs/RFQs to ensure all requirements are addressed.
• Coordinate technical content, resumes, project descriptions, and materials.
• Layout proposals with Adobe Creative Suite and maintain brand standards.
• Assist in pursuit strategy, differentiators, and positioning.
• Support interview preparation and leave-behind materials.
• Maintain proposal archives, CRM entries, and master resumes.
