Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of CROs, clinical data, and drug development.
• 3–6 years in CRO proposals, pricing, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, finance, or equivalent.
• CRM and SharePoint experience; retention and naming conventions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret RFPs/RFIs and craft differentiating responses.
• Coordinate with BD leads and SMEs to build an operational strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to answer Sponsor questions and concerns.
• Collect specs from SMEs and build budgets with deliverables, pricing, resourcing and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal processes with technology to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
