Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant proposal management experience.
• Graphic design skills preferable.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments within tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform research, writing, editing, and proposal coordination.
• Lead the proposal development process, meeting client requirements.
• Accountable for QA/QC of proposal documents.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently

Graphic design skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, Architecture or a related field

5+ years of relevant proposal management experience
