McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to serve as a specialized design resource within the Marketing Department, supporting strategic pursuits, interviews and presentations, conferences, business development efforts, and major Marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.F.A.) or 5–10 years of related professional experience.
• AEC industry experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to support proposal development, interview presentations, marketing initiatives, and business development.
• Proficiency in developing proposal graphics, infographics, maps, diagrams, and other visuals.
• Experience maintaining branded templates, libraries, reusable assets, and collateral.
• Experience supporting conferences, tradeshows and high-visibility marketing initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate with external production vendors.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a specialized graphic design resource supporting strategic pursuits, interviews, conferences, and major marketing initiatives.
• Develop custom graphics including infographics, process diagrams, organizational charts, schedules, workflows, maps, and icons.
• Partner with Proposal Managers and staff to translate complex concepts into effective visuals.
• Provide design support for high-priority pursuits while proposal managers handle layout and delivery.
• Develop and maintain templates, libraries, and reusable visual assets for independent production.
• Design interview and presentation materials including PowerPoint and Canva assets.
• Support conferences and events through booth graphics, signage, ads, and collateral.
• Develop collateral such as qualifications materials, brochures, and market-specific materials.
