Job summary

Principle Services, LLC seeks a Proposal Specialist to support Revenue Generation with proposal and marketing content across services offerings. The role requires autonomous work, high attention to detail, and strong communication to add value for multiple business units.

Responsibilities include managing vendor registrations, developing proposal snippets, templates, and content; coordinating with functions; tracking deadlines; ensuring brand voice and quality; and supporting marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Minimum of three years experience in proposals and/or marketing in construction or industrial sectors.
• Energy industry experience preferred with knowledge of transmission/ distribution or renewables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong brand voice.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines under time constraints.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor registrations with potential clients and partners.
• Develop and perform regular updates of proposal snippets/content.
• Develop and maintain templates for BD communications and presentations.
• Collaborate with functional areas to maintain data informing proposal deliverables.
• Identify and screen public and private bid opportunities.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop proposal layout and non-technical content using snippets or prior proposals.
• Review, proofread, and edit proposals for clarity, brand voice and grammar.
• Submit proposals on client bid platforms as needed.
• Track proposal progress and post-submittal debriefs with clients and teams.
