Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee the management of a property or portfolio for a client. You will handle lease administration, budgeting, vendor contracts, and staff leadership, ensuring compliance with policies and directives.

The role requires at least 3+ years in property management, CPM/RPA/CSM in process, and a real estate license. Travel between properties is expected; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process; possess real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies, codes, regulations, and agency directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection processes and comprehensive budgets; oversee CAM reconciliations and reporting.
• Bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract property leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting for timely reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction coordination and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align goals.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
