Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee a property or portfolio for a client, ensuring compliance with management agreements. The role includes lease administration, budgeting, staff leadership, and coordination with owners and accounting to meet client goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in real estate property management, a related degree, and CPM/RPA/CSM designation or in progress, plus a real estate license and strong financial understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM/RPA/CSM designation or in process.
• Real estate license required or in process.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to manage a team of professionals and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties for properties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and property budgets; track variances.
• Bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Oversee CAM reconciliations and reporting; interface with accounting.
• Coordinate tenant and building construction work for timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client team meetings for aligned goals.
• Foster relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal teams.
