Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee the management of a property or portfolio for a client, ensuring compliance with the management agreement. The role emphasizes lease administration, budget development, CAM reconciliations, and coordination with accounting and owners to deliver timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in real estate property management, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), CPM/RPA/CSM designation or in progress, and a real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or related discipline.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process; real estate license required.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate; experience leading a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all lease administration duties
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations and directives
• Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management
• Develop annual inspection processes and complete required inspections
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, CAM reconciliations, and reporting
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements
• Abstract property leases in lease administration software
• Coordinate with owners and accounting for reporting
• Oversee tenant and building construction work and liaise with client teams
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align goals
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients
