Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee the management of a property or portfolio for clients. The role emphasizes lease administration, budgeting, vendor oversight, and coordination with accounting and client teams.

The position requires 3+ years of real estate property management experience and may involve travel between properties. A CPM/RPA/CSM designation or real estate license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant property management experience.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience required.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process is a plus; real estate license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance, operations, and contract language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all lease administration duties and accuracy of records.
• Monitor rent collections and coordinate default proceedings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets and CAM reconciliations.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure contractual conformance.
• Coordinate construction work and ensure timely completion.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
