Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to manage a portfolio of properties for clients. Responsibilities include lease administration, budget oversight, and leading property staff to meet contractual obligations.

The role requires 3+ years of property management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a business field, and professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CSM or in process, plus a real estate license. Travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process; possess real estate license.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lease administration duties and ensure accuracy of leases in software.
• Monitor rent collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies, codes, and regulations.
• Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection programs and conduct required inspections across assets.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; track variances and CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract property leases in lease administration software accurately.
• Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting for timely reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction work to meet client timelines.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align teams with client goals.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
