Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC in Columbus, OH, seeks a results-driven Special Projects Manager to lead departmental sales, develop complete bid scopes, and partner with LCS for value engineering across design-build and design-assist opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of industry experience, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with CAD and project management software, and the ability to travel locally up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on, industry-specific experience.
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for achievement of department’s annual sales and operating income goals.
• Prospects and establishes new customers by promoting the key capabilities of the Company.
• Partners with LCS to perform value engineering reviews and develop scopes for design‑assist or design‑build opportunities.
• Writes bid scope proposals, obtains bid bonds/insurance certificates, and completes customer bid forms.
• Reviews bid documents and performs material, labor, and equipment take-offs for trades as required.
