Job summary

Limbach Company LLC, a leading building systems solutions firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee construction projects from inception to close, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with codes and internal standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide cost control, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination, while maintaining safety and quality across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry-specific experience.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training Course completed.
• Valid driver's license with compliant driving record.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements a PM information system for project lifecycle.
• Manages customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Protects company interests via documentation and timely communication.
• Breaks down cost estimates and projections for budgeting.
• Issues purchase orders per purchasing guidelines and limits.
• Develops detailed scope of work for subcontractors.
• Identifies cost impacts from scope changes and schedules.
• Forecasts costs, revenue, and gross profit monthly.
• Monitors cash flow and timely collections to maintain profitability.
• Oversees engineering/commissioning resources and subcontractors.
• Ensures project completion, acceptance, and warranty satisfaction.
