You will plan, coordinate, and control project activities while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget through collaboration with clients, subs, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring a construction background, 3+ years’ experience, OSHA certification, and a willingness to travel up to 40% in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry-specific experience.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training Course completed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle using a project management information system.
• Oversee customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Document and communicate with customers, subs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Break down cost estimates and project budgets.
• Issue POs to equipment providers per guidelines.
• Develop scope of work for subcontractors.
• Track changes in scope and schedule impacts.
• Forecast costs, revenue, and gross profit monthly.
• Monitor project cash flow and timely collections.
• Oversee engineering and commissioning resources.
• Ensure project completion, acceptance, and warranty handling.
