The position requires a Bachelor’s in a construction-related field, 3+ years of experience, and travel up to 40% with OSHA 30-hour certification. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training completed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship to secure future repeat business.
• Develop a detailed scope of work for subcontractors and oversee procurement per guidelines.
• Forecast costs, revenue, and gross profit for projects on a monthly basis.
• Monitor project cash flow and maximize billings and timely payments.
• Lead project teams to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction.
