Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Special Projects Engineer in Columbus, OH. You will support revenue and gross profit goals, manage mission critical MEP accounts, and visit customers to strengthen relationships and close service proposals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and operate under the Limbach Operating System to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while expanding recurring revenue.

Qualifications

0-1 years of experience in a related role.
Demonstrated ability to engage in effective collaboration and communication (written and verbal).
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) or equivalent Google Applications.

Responsibilities

Support branch sales and operational gross profit goals.
Manage accounts by dedicating time to mission critical MEP accounts.
Conduct regular customer visits for interaction and satisfaction.
Develop relationships to become the first call for maintenance and improvements.
Analyze systems to propose repair, replacement, upgrade or retrofit options and present findings.
