Limbach Company LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction work, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies.

You will manage client relationships, prepare cost estimates, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor schedule and profitability.

This role requires multi-site travel up to 40%, a Bachelor's in a construction field, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction laws.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation abilities.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training completion.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project management information controls for lifecycle governance.
• Manage customer relationships to secure future repeat business.
• Protect company interests through thorough documentation and timely communications.
• Break down cost estimates for accurate projections.
• Issues purchase orders per purchasing guidelines and authority.
• Develops scope of work for subcontractors.
• Identify cost impacts from scope changes and scheduling.
• Pursue compensation for impacts in alignment with contract terms.
• Facilitate labor planning and productivity tracking; monitor progress drawings.
• Forecast costs, revenue, and gross profit monthly for stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow via schedule of values, billing, and collections.
• Oversee engineering/commissioning resources and subcontractors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during completion, acceptance, and warranty.
