The role requires strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills, with travel up to 40% and a focus on protecting company interests through meticulous documentation and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry-specific experience.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in effective collaboration, communication, and negotiation.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training Course completed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the successful execution of construction work per contract obligations and Limbach policies.
• Manages customer relationships to secure future repeat business.
• Protects the company's interests through thorough documentation and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Breaks down cost estimates into manageable segments for accurate projections.
• Issues purchase orders to equipment providers and suppliers per purchasing guidelines.
• Develops detailed scope of work for subcontractors.
• Identifies and manages cost impacts from scope changes.
• Facilitates labor planning and manpower loading; monitors productivity and progress drawings.
• Forecasts costs, revenue, and gross profit monthly for project visibility.
• Monitors project cash flow to maintain positive profitability.
