Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction execution with discipline, accuracy, and accountability. You will manage contracts, coordinate crews, monitor costs and schedules, and ensure quality while safeguarding company interests and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing scopes, coordinating vendors, pursuing profitability, and maintaining documentation for compliance. Travel up to 40% may be required to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry-specific experience.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
• Demonstrated collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training recommended.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company policy.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes a project management information control system to govern project lifecycle.
• Manages customer relationships to secure future repeat business.
• Protects company interests through thorough documentation and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Breaks down cost estimates into measurable segments for cost projections.
• Issues purchase orders with suppliers and vendors per guidelines.
• Develops complete scopes of work for subcontractors.
• Identifies and manages cost impacts from changes in scope and schedule.
• Pursues compensation for impacts in line with contract terms to maximize profitability.
• Plans labor and manpower loading, monitors productivity, and tracks progress.
• Forecasts costs, revenue, and gross profit monthly for stakeholders.
