Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic projects from planning through execution.
• Strong problem-solving and structured approach to ambiguous business challenges.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
• Strong business judgment and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to support category growth, performance, and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define goals, develop initiatives, test approaches, and drive execution.
• Analyze performance, market trends, competitors, and customer/merchant needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and business strategies for complex challenges.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, track progress and measure impact.
• Partner with product and technology teams to build scalable marketplace solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and remove barriers to efficiency.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.
