TikTok Shop is looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker to drive category growth through cross‑functional partnerships, strategy design, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic projects to develop and optimize category strategies, driving long‑term GMV growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to define goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement.
• Conduct data‑driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work with product and tech teams to design scalable, tech‑driven solutions that lower entry barriers for merchants and enhance overall platform competitiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; background in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in e‑commerce strategy & operations, category management, management consulting, or business strategy, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration, with the ability to execute solutions that drive measurable business impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with a structured and problem‑solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience, especially in marketplace, e‑commerce, or consumer goods sectors.

Job Information

Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,920 – $144,400 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay is part of the total package, which may also include discretionary bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.

Benefits: Employees have day‑one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated with tenure).
