Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Background in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in e-commerce strategy & operations, category management, management consulting, or business strategy.
• Hands-on experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a structured and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic projects to develop and optimize category strategies for TikTok Shop category teams.
• Drive long-term GMV growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define goals, pilot initiatives, and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges.
