Job summary

Assured is seeking a Senior Manager of Special Projects to lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives in Palo Alto, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Ops. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and deliver exceptional output across strategy, operations and GTM.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Legal to structure problems, develop clear roadmaps, and produce executive-ready materials that drive critical conversations with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience, including 2–3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG or equivalent).
• Operating role experience in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complexity into clarity.
• Strong analytical horsepower; capable of building market analyses and strategic frameworks from scratch.
• Execution-oriented mindset; ownership with low ego.
• High degree of ownership; willingness to tackle tasks big or small.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of company priorities from framing to implementation and accountability.
• Structure complex problems using rigorous analytical frameworks; turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready materials (memos, one-pagers, internal communications) that distill complexity into clear narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Track key initiatives and flag blockers or decisions that need resolution.
• Step into gaps across the organization to bring structure, momentum, and clarity.
