Job summary

Assured is seeking a Senior Manager of Special Projects to drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives at the heart of its strategy and operations. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Ops and help shape the company’s most important work across strategy, operations and GTM.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Legal, manage blockers, and step into gaps where leadership is needed to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience, including 2–3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Experience in an operating role and ability to apply problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity.
• Strong analytical horsepower and ability to build market analyses from scratch.
• Execution-oriented mindset with ownership and low ego.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of company priorities from framing to implementation.
• Structure complex problems using analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and internal communications for clear narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal.
• Track initiatives, flag blockers, and fill gaps where ownership is unclear.
• Develop customer-facing strategic materials for GTM discussions.
