Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Charlotte, NC seeks a GTM Operations Program Manager to drive a portfolio of strategic GTM projects, elevating efficiency across the Revenue Operations spectrum. You will orchestrate planning processes and evolve the GTM Engagement Model, coordinating with senior leaders and SMEs.

You will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT and Finance to deliver impactful changes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project manage a portfolio of strategic GTM projects from inception to rollout, including Annual Strategic Planning and GTM Engagement Model.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on status, timeline, blockers and challenges.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to establish clear business requirements.
• Lead regular status updates to drive ontime program completion, coordinating timelines and dependencies.
• Act as liaison between Revenue Operations leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
• Collaborate to design and support change management requirements including communications, training and enablement.
• Solve complex operational challenges balancing business outcomes with technical feasibility.
