Motorola Solutions is seeking an Area Sales Manager (Strategic Projects Team) to proactively develop large project opportunities across products and services in the public safety sector. You will drive strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and build relationships with city leaders and officials to influence funding and procurement decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in sales, customer success, military, or public safety, with 50%+ travel within the assigned territory.

• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Own overall strategy, direction and execution of identified strategic projects.
• Lead internal teams and drive issue resolution with clear direction.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers in public safety and government.
• Accurately forecast project orders and revenue weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Understand contract terms and compliance and ensure delivery.
• Manage multiple active projects and maintain a strong pipeline.
