Motorola Solutions is seeking an Area Sales Manager for strategic projects in the Central US with 50%+ travel. You will lead large government and public safety initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth in a highly competitive bid environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of related experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a strategic, self-starting mindset. Travel to Midwest regions is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required or 8+ years in sales/public safety.
• Proven negotiation skills on large project opportunities.
• Strong written, oral and presentation communication.
