Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support for the assigned business unit. This role serves as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders and supports Sales and Project Managers with targeted marketing and project assistance, while offering cross-functional backup to other regional offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
• 1+ years’ experience/intermediate-level usage of desktop publishing software applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate department meetings, conferences, and vendor presentations; manage logistics and virtual platforms.
• Document and distribute meeting notes and recap emails to attendees.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires with HR; set up first-day schedules and introductions.
• Arrange IT provisioning, email setup, access badges, and business cards for new hires.
• Monitor lead-generation platforms for bid opportunities and pre-bid notifications.
• Prepare prequalification packages, compile RFPs, and assemble bid materials.
• Generate financial and accounting reports for Sales and Project Managers.
• Manage ticket allocations for the Construction Group.
