Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to supervise and coordinate technical activities for multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects. You will act as the main communication link between internal disciplines, external customers, and vendors while supporting estimating, scheduling, and design within a design-build process.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering or related field with 3-5 years of experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical activities for multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects.
• Serve as communication link between internal disciplines, customers, and vendors.
• Partner with Purchasing to manage scope, pricing, submittals, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee onsite job progress and resolve installation challenges in real-time.
• Direct daily administrative workflows including Document Control, RFIs, logs, POs, MOPs, submittals, and procurement logs.
