Job summary

The Aspen Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Sales Enablement team, supporting the execution of sales-related strategic initiatives. The role focuses on driving organizational performance and enhancing the ClearChoice sales experience, with responsibilities across design, direction, and change management.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage short- to long-term projects, and provide proactive updates to management systems. Reports to the VP of Sales Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of project management or similar experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the full scope of project management for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources and timelines.
• Develop tracking, accountability processes, and management updates.
