Job summary

VaynerX's Tamara Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success in a fast-paced agency environment. You will own budgets, timelines, resources, and processes across retainers and project work.

You will report to the Director of Project Management and collaborate with Resourcing, Finance, Business Affairs, and Legal. This hybrid role demands strong communication and client-facing execution skills.

Qualifications

• Agency experience in managing projects and coordinating teams.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Understanding of agency processes from strategy to media.
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with project management software for work management and timeline planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal cross-functional teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop holistic project plans with budgets, timelines, and resources for all work.
• Schedule and run project meetings, and manage client communications.
• Own client-facing execution end-to-end and relay client feedback to the team.
• Collaborate with Resourcing/Finance/Business Affairs/Legal as needed.
