Job summary

VaynerX, a family of companies, seeks an experienced Senior Project/Portfolio Manager to lead multi-disciplinary client work across Creative, Strategy, Media and Analytics. You will mentor Project Managers, drive budgets, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex digital campaigns and experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strategic planning within a hybrid work environment, with opportunities to scale teams and influence agency-wide portfolio

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-college experience, including agency project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields, or entrepreneurial street cred.
• Experience with digital and social projects ranging from $10K to $2M+.
• Strong ability to partner across departments including Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, Tech, Ecomm, etc.
• Proven leadership, mentorship and development of junior talent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management across large portfolios, partnering with Directors and VPs on priorities and processes.
• Team Management: mentor and train Project Managers, provide escalation and growth support.
• Process Management: improve team processes to meet portfolio needs and client objectives.
• Project Management: oversee planning, budgets and SOWs; assemble integrated teams.
• New Client Planning: lead discovery and scoping, develop budgets and onboarding plans.
