Job summary

VaynerMedia, a global integrated creative and media agency, is seeking a Director of Project Management in New York to lead cross‑functional portfolios for client partnerships, creative work, and strategy. You will mentor PMs, optimize processes, and ensure on‑time delivery across digital videos, social content, and websites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in agency project management, a marketing/communications degree, and a proven track record delivering large-scale campaigns with budgets

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post‑college experience in an agency environment with project management
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience managing digital and social projects with budgets from $10K to $2M+
• Strong ability to partner across departments including Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, Tech, Ecomm
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior lead on large-scale portfolios, coordinating with Directors and VPs across Client Partnerships, Creative, Strategy, Media, Analytics, Production, Influencer, and Commerce.
• Define and monitor portfolio approach, staffing, and agency fees with CS & FinOps.
• Mentor and train Project Managers to support career growth and team dynamics.
• Own portfolio process improvements and enforce best practices across projects.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scoping for marketing and advertising work across multiple channels.
