Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our fast-paced agency environment. You will act as the hub between media, creative, account strategy, and internal teams, driving projects forward efficiently.

You will define project requirements, budgets, timelines, and resources, manage projects through full lifecycle, and lead marketing transformation engagements. The role requires 6–9 years of experience in digital project management and strong agency process knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in managing projects and coordinating teams in the digital space.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of agency processes including strategy, creative ideation, content development, production, and media.
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management software for work management and timeline planning.

Responsibilities

• Be the hub between media, creative, account strategy, and internal teams, driving projects forward.
• Define project requirements, budgets, timelines, and plans resources with Account Leads.
• Manage projects through full lifecycle including Brand Creative, Websites & Digital Experiences, Social Content, and Events.
• Lead marketing transformation engagements with client teams and deliver blueprints for team structure.
• Build project plans considering internal resources, third-party capabilities, time requirements, and business objectives.
• Lead and schedule kickoff meetings, brainstorms, inter-agency check-ins, and deliverables reviews.
• Ensure all stakeholders stay on track with proper briefings, hand-offs, and information transfer.
• Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contracts; manage freelance resources.
