Job summary

VaynerX is seeking an organized, highly motivated Project Management leader to drive portfolios across creative and media initiatives. You will bridge client and agency goals, coach a team of PMs, and implement scalable processes for efficient delivery of digital videos, social content, websites, and more.

Ideal candidates bring agency PM experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and mastery of tools like ClickUp, Asana, and Workfront, along with Excel and Google Workspace proficiency.

Qualifications

• Agency environment experience in a project management role.
• Experience with digital and social projects and budgets from $10K to $2M+.
• Strong ability to partner across Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, Tech.
• Experience using project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Workfront.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic program planning and oversight for marketing and advertising work.
• Develop budgets, project plans, and SOWs aligned to business objectives.
• Assemble best integrated teams for each assignment with PMs and leads.
• Lead client discovery and onboarding processes with CS partner.
