Qualifications

• Project management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed, or multi‑site environment, preferably in Commercial Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, identify risks, and drive accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive‑ready updates and facilitate decision‑making conversations.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in both strategic planning discussions and detailed execution environments.
• Must be able to support projects across multiple functions, businesses, and stakeholder groups.
• Must be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with evolving business needs.
• Role may require travel to business sites, project launch meetings, milestone reviews, and leadership working sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution with clear charters, objectives, milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, decision points, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, cadence, and accountability across initiatives.
• Initiative governance operating with disciplined cadences, clear escalation paths, and timely decision‑making.
• Surface risks, dependencies, and resource constraints early and actively manage them.
• Partner cross‑functionally to drive results and support business prioritization and value creation.
• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with deliverables, timelines, milestones, and ownership.
• Present project updates to executives with structure, clarity, and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to PMO tools, templates, routines, and standards; build repeatable PMO processes.
• Embed disciplined operating routines in leadership decision‑making and execution.
