Qualifications

• Project management experience in a complex, matrixed or multi-site environment.
• Ability to build project plans, manage timelines, milestones, risks, and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-ready updates and decision making.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience balancing strategic planning with detailed execution.
• Ability to support projects across multiple functions, businesses, and stakeholders.
• Comfort with managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to business sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution with clear charters, milestones, owners, deliverables and risks.
• Establish governance cadences and accountability across initiatives.
• Escalate risks and manage dependencies to ensure timely decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive results and value creation.
• Maintain integrated project plans and governance routines across the PMO.
• Communicate updates to executives with clarity and impact.
