Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to build project plans and manage milestones.
• Excellent executive communication and decision facilitation.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Define charters, milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, and success metrics.
• Establish governance cadences and accountability.
• Identify risks and escalate issues early and proactively.
• Communicate updates with executive presence and clarity.
• Translate priorities into actionable project plans with clear timelines.
