United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition through transition. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain an integrated delivery plan with governance forums and clear evidence of progress.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, background check clearance, and 1–3 years of PM or leadership experience within a regulated environment. Healthcare familiarity is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check (DoD contract requirement).
• 1–3 years of experience in a project manager role or leadership role.
• Experience developing and maintaining project charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports.

• Lead definition, planning, and initiation of complex initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across business, technology, operations, and other partners.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and changes with a RAID log.
• Maintain integrated project plan, governance forums, and delivery evidence.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
• Oversee implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.
