Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to pass a background check due to DoD contract requirements.
• 1–3 years in a project manager or leadership role.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience leading projects or initiatives.
• Experience developing charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Healthcare, insurance, regulated operations, or technology-enabled delivery experience.
• PMO governance, audit, or compliance familiarity.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with sponsors.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, cost, and quality; ensure readiness and acceptance.
• Maintain RAID, dependencies, decisions, and change control with clear ownership.
• Prepare sponsors and governance bodies with concise implications and options.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and effective team delivery, while balancing process discipline with practical judgment.
