Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives within a strict governance framework. You will own the integrated plan, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, regulatory, and vendors.

The role requires PMP certification or equivalent, experience with project lifecycle and agile or hybrid delivery, and a proven ability to drive delivery in a healthcare/regulated environment.

Qualifications

• ~1-3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience leading projects, initiatives, or complex cross-functional work.
• Experience developing and maintaining project charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, changes, and resource constraints.
• PMP certification or comparable project management training or certification. Change-management or agile certification is also valued where relevant.
