Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED required.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in a project manager role (minimum).
• 5+ years preferred for senior leadership and complex initiatives.
• PMP or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with cross‑functional teams.
• Establish baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and quality; monitor delivery.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, and vendors.
• Maintain RAID logs, decisions, and governance forums; manage risks and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria; manage transitions to operations.
