Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives within the PMO framework. You will establish integrated plans, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and drive cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and regulatory domains.

The role requires 1–3 years in PM or leadership roles, plus 5+ years in progressive project leadership. PMP or comparable certification is preferred, with experience in healthcare or regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a project manager role or project leadership role.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience leading projects, initiatives, or complex cross-functional work.
• Experience developing and maintaining project charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, changes, and resource constraints.
• PMP certification or comparable project management training/certification; change-management or agile certification valued.
