Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will own the integrated project plan, coordinate governance forums, manage risks, issues, and changes, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and outcomes.

The role requires a proactive leader who can surface issues early, frame actions, and maintain momentum within a PMO framework. Candidates with PMP or related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or comparable project management training.
• Change-management or agile certification is valued.
• 1–3 years of project manager or leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience leading projects, initiatives or cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and integrated schedule management.
• RAID, dependency, decision, and change management.
• Meeting facilitation and action management.
• Financial and vendor coordination.
• Change readiness, adoption, and transition planning.
• Ensure readiness and transition to operations at project closure.
