Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition through transition. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain integrated plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

The role requires 1–3 years in PM leadership, with a preference for 5+ years in complex program delivery across matrixed teams. Remote position with DoD contract considerations and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, project management, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience leading projects, initiatives, or complex cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with delivery clarity and cross-functional execution.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and governance forums.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes with timely escalation.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and sponsor decisions.
