Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with clear delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, and vendors.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain delivery momentum and escalate constraints unresolved by the team.
• Coordinate implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.
