Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a project manager role and/or project leadership role
• Must be a US citizen and pass a background check due to DoD contract requirements
• PMP certification or comparable project management training is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with delivery clarity and cross-functional execution.
• Maintain integrated project plan, governance, risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, regulatory, and operations teams to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
• Manage project closure activities and transition to operations.
