Qualifications

• Minimum: US citizen and able to pass background check (DOD contract)
• 1–3 years in a project manager or leadership role
• Preferred: 5+ years leading projects and cross-functional initiatives
• PMP or related project-management training is valued

Responsibilities

• Establish delivery foundation with sponsor and owner, defining scope, outcomes, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across business, technology, regulatory, finance, and vendors; manage schedules and resources.
• Maintain RAID, decisions, and change logs; ensure timely sponsorship decisions and governance.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications; keep artifacts current and aligned with outcomes.
• Provide proactive leadership, mitigate risks, and ensure transition to operations and benefits realization.
